Marina Hamnsundet wants to make it possible for you to see the northern Åland archipelago from its most beautiful side.

Depending on your experience and weather, you can choose the amazing inner archipelago with sheltered waters or, for the more experienced, the magnificent outer archipelago towards the Bothnian Sea, the ideal place for kayaking in a peaceful archipelago.

Hamnsundet is the ideal place to start when you want to enjoy the Saltvik archipelago and northern Åland, with Boxö nature reserve as the nearest neighbour.

We help you with the equipment and give tips on the paddling route according to today’s weather conditions, paddling technique before the tour starts. We offer stable and easy-to-paddling kayaks, to make the paddling trip as pleasant as possible.

For safety reasons, we assume that at least one person in the group has knowledge and experience in kayaking. You are responsible for your own safety and always rent and use the kayaks at your own risk.

How it works:
You can make the reservation via our website or call us.  Book kayaks
You check in with us, leave your things on our storage, then we help you with the kayak and equipment. When you are ready for the paddling trip, you will receive a short safety briefing. After that, it’s just to start the adventure. When the paddling trip is over, we’ll help you take care of all the equipment, while you can stretch your legs and relax with an ice cream in the sun

Singel sea kayak 40€/day , 150 €/week

Double kayak      60€/day , 180 €/week
